Fractional Strategy Retainer
Best for: Best for businesses ready to build systems that create predictable growth.
You don't need a full time hire. You need someone who knows your business, tracks what's working, and keeps the strategy moving forward every month. I embed in your business to own the digital experience strategy, set priorities, build systems, and make sure everything connects instead of operating in silos.
What's included: Monthly strategy sessions, ongoing roadmap management, content and campaign strategy, performance tracking and reporting, and async support between sessions. Minimum engagement is 3 months.
Implementation and Optimization
Best for: businesses that have a plan and need help executing it.
You know what needs to happen, you just need the bandwidth and expertise to make it happen well. This is hands-on work, from building content systems and optimizing conversion flows to structuring campaigns and cleaning up your digital infrastructure. Scope and timeline are defined per project and this typically follows a Digital Experience Audit.
